Select Start > Settings > Privacy, then turn off the setting for ‘Let apps use advertising ID to make ads more interesting to you based on your app activity’.
Windows 8.1
Access the charms by touching or moving your pointer to the right edge of the screen. Select Settings > Change PC Settings > Privacy. Turn off the setting ‘Let apps use my advertising ID for experiences across apps’.
